If you haven’t heard, all instruction for the 2019-2020 school year ends on Friday, May 15. As most teachers post new learning, and live events on Mondays, it occurred to me that we can begin collecting devices, texts, library books, and other school-owned materials as students are finishing up their classes. Beginning Wednesday, May 13th, parents and students can make unscheduled drops at the main entrance of the school. The custodial staff will standby to provide bags, index cards, and marking pens into which materials are deposited and bags labeled. These bags will remain in quarantine for 72 hours when the library staff will open and catalogue each return.
Materials not collected this week MUST BE returned next week on the following schedule:
Materials collection should occur between 8:00 AM- 3:00 PM
All Juniors and Seniors must return all school materials on Monday, May 18th. Seniors with outstanding fees/materials will be informed prior to the conferring of their Diplomas.
All Sophomores and Freshmen must return all school materials on Tuesday, May 19th.
