  • Outdoor Club is hiking Mt. Alice today. Please let Ms. Waggoner know if you are interested in coming. Leaving around 3:00PM.
  • AV club meet in room 103 at lunch today.
  • Volleyball Team is playing Nikiski tomorrow for their Dig Pink Game. There are jars with the Varsity Volleyball Players’ names on them in the office. The player with the most money has to KISS THE PIG at the game. All donations go to breast cancer awareness.

  • Cross Country Skiing Meeting tomorrow at 5:30PM.
  • Wednesday is an EARLY RELEASE for students. School ends at 12:50PM.

Two KPBSD educators are Teacher of the Year finalists

Soldotna, October 22, 2016—KPBSD is so proud! Two of the three finalists for the Alaska Teacher of the Year make a difference every day in our district. Join us to celebrate Stephanie Cronin, Seward High School, and James Harris, Soldotna High School, who are finalists chosen by a team of educators from the Alaska Department of Education and Early Development.
